“Sandy”, as he is affectionately known to his friends began his career in real estate 50 years ago as a real estate agent and Insurance Broker in the family business in 1964.   A lifelong area resident, James is married with 3 children and 8 grandchildren.  It appears that the fifth generation of real estate pros is on the horizon.  James is also a licensed Commercial/Residential real estate appraiser having recently turned over the Metro Appraisal Services business to his son Jamie.
